Atmosphere did support 7.0.0 on almost Day 1, albeit privately. So you are telling me...

I fail to see anything that I have said is false while the one who is "doing research" was the first one to spout misinformation.

You because you are the one claiming Atmosphere had 7.0 support from Day one which not only I but SciresM refuted.come again? who is spreading miss information? who can't do their own research?
SciresM considers it more of a Day 2.Atmosphere did support 7.0.0 on almost Day 1, albeit privately.

oh welp you got me there, a day difference.. way to just show me upYou because you are the one claiming Atmosphere had 7.0 support from Day one which not only but SciresM refuted.
SciresM considers it more of a Day 2.
I request a source for this as no user was booting Atmosphere on Day 1 on firmware 7.0, I can assure you of that,
i do appreciate SciresM showing you up though~Yeah, it took two days to update atmosphere for 7.0, and then three weeks to do sept. Day 2 is more accurate.
Will always love you for Boot9.Yeah, it took two days to update atmosphere for 7.0, and then three weeks to do sept. Day 2 is more accurate.
Since when does 1=2 :thonk:i do appreciate SciresM showing you up though~
cracked on day one, basically working fully on day two? literally the same thing~Since when does 1=2 :thonk:
and its not like he even knew it was cracked on day one~I request a source for this as no user was booting Atmosphere on Day 1 on firmware 7.0, I can assure you of that,
except it wasn't fully working on day twocracked on day one, basically working fully on day two? literally the same thing~
it was running for people who had access to the keys, so yes it was..except it wasn't fully working on day two
Since for some reason you decided to quote me...again...and its not like he even knew it was cracked on day one~
It wasn't even like that until day threeit was running for people who had access to the keys, so yes it was..
No they violate the DMCA. It's illegal to distribute them or tell anyone how to patch the signature check out in any way.
Just existing makes you liable to having a lawsuit raised against you, it's up to the Judge to decide on the merits. It's a major pain & a decent lawyer could argue a conspiracy case.
It violates the DMCA because it bypasses the signature check, that is the purpose of the DMCA.
You're making the rookie mistake of assuming that if you break a law then you'll be sued. There is plenty of evidence to disprove that.
How is me telling you the truth about DMCA throwing anyone under the bus? TX obviously don't care about the DMCA, they have to take the consequences of their actions (although at the moment it seems Nintendo don't seem too interested about suing them either).
Whether I or you care about violating the DMCA is irrelevant, I find it weird though that people lie about it to make themselves feel better that it's somehow legal.
Your argument is weak, people violate laws every day and don't instantly receive cease and desist.
With the DS flash cards they were getting shipments intercepted by customs agents in multiple countries. They seem less bothered about the switch.
Go read the DMCA, I'm not going to educate you on something that seems to be over your head. Bypassing signature checks is certainly going to get you in trouble if it allows anti circumvention of copyright controls.
It would be easy in court to show that you go to the same web site to get atmosphere and the patches. Similar to how some countries allow hydroponics and cannabis seeds to be sold, but you're not allowed to sell both. Don't forget it's what a judge thinks is probable, he doesn't need it proved beyond reasonable doubt as it's not a criminal case.
https://twitter.com/SciresM/status/1090906872780009472?s=19 and since you cant read and love to contradict yourself~ plus SciresM even proved you wrongSince for some reason you decided to quote me...again...
Grabbing keys =/= running CFW
long story short, TX highjacks the gamecard slot with FS_mitm and then allow xci's to be loaded by using nintendo copyrighted code, this is what is stopping atmo and reinx.
So firmware 7.0 was released on January 31st. Nintendo should really update their site: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/43314https://twitter.com/SciresM/status/1090906872780009472?s=19 and since you cant read and love to contradict yourself~ plus SciresM even proved you wrong
Take a look at the date that tweet was made (7.0.0 was released on the 28th)https://twitter.com/SciresM/status/1090906872780009472?s=19 and since you cant read and love to contradict yourself~ plus SciresM even proved you wrong
you do realize that it says it was out on the 28th right? So firmware 7.0 was released on January 31st. Nintendo should really update their site: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/43314
That has nothing to do with your claim of Atmosphere running firmware 7.0 on Day 1 of firmware 7.0 which was January 28th.you do realize that they get access to the new firmware early through dev units right? please try to keep up~
How does that help your point in any way (also I'm pretty sure scires doesn't get them early)you do realize that it says it was out on the 28th right?
Well I just gonna stop you there, show us WHERE in the DMCA it said this is anyhow illegal. Else keep it to yourself since it's off-topic.
