Download games from internet. If you play online you can get banned. Everyone who says something different is wrong. Also if you play online and aren’t already banned, doesn’t mean that you will be safe in the next days or months.

You have two options:

1) Don’t hack your Switch yet. Wait for Atmosphere’s emuNAND.

2) If you have money to spare, get an SX OS license and use emunand there.

Emunand you can use to pirate to your heart’s content while always staying offline and sysnand is there to keep it up-to-date and play legit games, like Fortnite, online.

Yes, but there are multiple CFWs. While SX OS is definitely the shadiest, it is currently the only one with working Emunand. But Emunand for Atmosphere will probably come out in the upcoming weeks, so you probably don't need to wait that long.
