Huh? Unless you use slow SD card and have many games installed, you shouldn't get any slow in startup.

i have 106 game installed (without counting homebrew apps and emulators which they are like 25 app) and my N3DS XL load fast like any other non modded 3DS.

It takes a while for the home menu to load all the icons. Although it shouldn't take much longer to show the home menu, since the icons aren't loaded until afterwards.
