Misc why is this happening?

i recently sent a few pokemon to my pokemon white version through ir-gts and now after changing my dns settings back to normal for the usual online things i cant connect to wi-fi no matter how many times i try... (error code 13274)

Isn't that the error code telling you the server is being used by too many people? Wait a while and it should start working again.
