I recently installed Wiiflow Lite on two early model Wii's and both were homebrewed using the same instructions at Wii.Guide. cIOS all installed, 248 - 251. On both systems I can see and launch games from the WiiFlow UI with no problems. I have Wiiflow configured to return to the WiiFlow channel when exiting a game and that also works fine on both systems. The strange issue that I'm running into is with launching subsequent games after returning to the Wiiflow menu (after exiting a running game). The occurs on the second Wii system only. I can change games all day long on the first Wii system and it runs smoothly - launching a game, exiting back to Wiiflow channel and launching another game, etc.
However, on the second Wii system, after returning to the Wiiflow channel after exiting a game and launching another game, I see the white loading progress bar and the second games loads fine. If I repeat the process and try to launch a 3rd game I don't see the white loading progress bar, and the console just freezes at a black screen. I have to use the power button to turn the console off and back on, which is very frustrating. I can then go back into Wiiflow and launch the game that just froze when loading without any issue, and it plays fine. It doesn't seem to happen on the 3rd game launch attempt every time, it seems to be random. I've tried clearing the WiiFlow cache, deleting the Wiiflow save file (in Wii Manage Data menu), and forcing cIOS 250 in the WiiFlow startup settings, but I'm still getting the random hangs.

USB Storage Device (contains wbfs folder with games within)
Wii System 1 (which has no issues) - Sandisk Cruzer Fit 512GB flash drive
Wii System 2 (experiencing the freezes) - Sandisk Cruzer Fit 256 GB flash drive
I'm not sure what to try next or how to further troubleshoot the freeze/hang issue on Wii System 2. Any guidance is appreciated. Of course the Wii System 1 is my personal Wii, and the one having the issue is one I setup for my young nephews.... Hoping to find the root issue and get this sorted.
