I went to turn on my Wiiu and saw that there was an update to be done, I left it on doing the update, after a few hours it got stuck at 99% and wouldn't come out of it. I turned off the wifi and nothing, I had to turn off the console. When turning the console back on it started to freeze at random times. I thought it could be the NAND so I did the procedure with the raspberry but even on the recovery screen if I'm not fast enough it crashes there too. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I attached you a version of the recovery menu, which should immediatly try to dump otp and logs.
Let's see how far it gets.

Looks like you have a bad eMMC:

Code:
00:00:44:067: mmc_core card err: idx=3, lba=50480384, blks=256, xfer=0x1, ret=0x00200b40
00:00:44:088: mmc_core card err: idx=3, lba=50480384, blks=256, xfer=0x1, ret=0x00200b40
00:00:44:088: mdblk: err=-131099, mid=0x90, prv=0x5c, pnm=[HYNIX ]

Code:
00:00:53:977: mmc_core card err: idx=3, lba=2378112, blks=640, xfer=0x1, ret=0x00200b40
00:00:54:004: mmc_core card err: idx=3, lba=2378112, blks=640, xfer=0x1, ret=0x00200b40
00:00:54:004: mdblk: err=-131099, mid=0x90, prv=0x5c, pnm=[HYNIX ]

00:00:54:056: mmc_core card err: idx=3, lba=2378112, blks=640, xfer=0x1, ret=0x00200b40
00:00:54:083: mmc_core card err: idx=3, lba=2378112, blks=640, xfer=0x1, ret=0x00200b40
00:00:54:083: mdblk: err=-131099, mid=0x90, prv=0x5c, pnm=[HYNIX ]
00:00:54:117: FSA: ### MEDIA ERROR ###, dev:mlc01, err:-2228230, cmd:11, path:(null)
00;00;53;998: FS: READ_FILE upid:[15] sts:[MEDIA_ERROR] hnd:[0x3b90701] dst:[0x4523fb80] size:[1] cnt:[960290] pos:[0]
00;00;53;999: SystemFatal(core0)

It should be replaced with either an SD card or a new eMMC. After that we can fix the broken files it caused.

Also it seems you have a broken disc in the drive
Code:
00:00:06:595: FSA: ### DATA CORRUPTION ERROR ###, dev:odd05, err:-2949147, cmd:2, path:(null)
Remove it and check if that helps with anything. But maybe this was just caused by the recovery menu disabling the drive
