Hardware Will N bust my butt when using my WII U Acc on switch?

Hello, i've used my Nintendo Account to buy a exploitable DS Game on my WII U.
Now im wondering if Nintendo flagged accounts or sth.
Because I've 6$ Left on it.

Can Nintendo see what Im doing on my Nintendo Network account or is the stuff I install not Account releated.

Should I make a fresh and clean one, or use the one of my Wii U.

No one really knows how much information nintendo is collecting, but personally I wouldn't worry about it. I think Nintendo has given up on the wiiu and does not have the time/money to make sure people aren't pirating wiiu games.

You're probably fine to continue using your nintendo account. If you're really spooked then make a new one - but I think it's overkill.
