Not out in the US for a couple of days apparently, Europe and Australia should have had a version some time back but I am not sure what happened.
There is a special edition with costume DLC as it were so that may be along at some point.
The modern Ninja Gaiden franchise was well liked, especially after the black version of the first game. The sequel worked well but then along came the third game. It turned a once great franchise into a pedestrian action game. For this entry they gave over the producer seat to Keiji Inafune, the designer of megaman. This appears to have changed things seriously once more though it will have to be taken to play to see if it works or not.
