And uh yh I think I'm trans, I've been going by she/her pronouns and a different name online for a while now and I've been thinking abt it lots and it's confusing but I feel a lot more comfortable as a girl
Honestly i think is good that people figure out who they are or wanna be as soon as possible. I'm already a adult and still have questions about myself. Eventually one can die without even knowing themself, to me that a very sad death. (No, none of the questions are about what gender i am.) I mean in general, important stuff like what i wanna do with myself, what kind of job i would want and be happy with or just being happy with how comfortable i can get.
@noragrets
Yeah, basically. It doesn't help when there are still a good chunk of people who go out of their way to cause trouble for transgender people. I know a few members here on the Temp who've even gone out of their way to out transgender birth sex just for a "joke."
@Sonic Angel Knight while that sounds sweet and everything it shouldn't be asap, it should be an appropriate age. children shouldn't really be taught about gender like that especially since they're not old enough to understand that properly and they should'nt be worrying about that
I kinda found out when I was 13, perhaps even younger, but I denied, until I didn't feel comfortable in late January, now I'm 17, it's good you found out.
just a reminder: transgender isn't a gender but a term for somebody who wants to/has transitioned to the opposite gender. i bring this up because whenever you bring up trans the "only 2 genders hahaha u triggered lmoa" always comes up now thanks to misinformation
I didn't mean transgender is another gender (I know the title was off). I meant it as in there is XX or XY (You are one of them), besides I am not really against transgender, but this is something you need to keep in mind all the time.
@Bubsy Bobcat You have a point, but if there is anything i learned is that there kids out there actually smart even at young age, the kids of next generation may be possible they are growing up faster. But if it was my idea, i would agree with you, mostly cause it is about how relevant it is for someone to focus on it.
No, someone shouldn't have to spend so much time focusing on learing everything about themself. No one can ever say for sure how long it would take to complete that, and there plenty of other things to do that is of interest that can well help them to make it easier. But what i said was mostly just about having a prepared future, learning things early in life sometimes help make a prepared person ready for future things.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
