It’s not fully legal but literally no one gets arrested for it in the city I live in. It’s always a “win more” for the police whenever they bust someone for harder drugs. Otherwise, they tend to just look the other way when it comes to just weed. Plus there’s legal Hemp-derived THC called “Delta” that I buy legally. I rarely have the illegal stuff, unless I leave to states where it is legal

Maybe you should try getting a job in some prison or detention center. You know...they are legally required to check prisoners butts in case they are hiding something in there. haha

It's legal where I live, there's pot and vape shops on every corner just about.

it's still a crime at the federal level so even transporting across state lines (even with a medical card) could land you with a posession charge/traffiking charge

No Ohio. I can go buy weed, but I can't buy vape stuff to help me quit smoking cigarettes. But can still buy cigarettes.
