Forgive me for branching but since when were M2 Micro memory sticks ever cheap?

WEEEELL... :P

Not to mention the Go's built-in storage which the Vita doesn't have. By proxy, if you're planning on using it to boot ISO images, the Go or an older PSP model is the go-to medium due to the high price of Vita's memory cards.

When I got my Go a few months ago I couldn't find a 16GB Official M2 card for less than $50.. and I'd much prefer to get a 32GB but I'm starting to think they were never made. :(

The standard supports it and I've seen *one*, but unfortunately it was a no-name chinese brand. I'm afraid that they're either extremely rare or simply no longer manufactured.

Pro Duo was a far better stick format - M2 didn't adopt very well.

lol i do care some...but right now less so. I want it at some point like most do, but id rather wait until the thing actually sells a bit and there are plenty of games. Yes im a filthy pirate some times...this is a bit of a pricey hobby and school + less work = little money. Just had to be into an expensive hobby instead of something cheap or free like i dunno...knitting?

Looks like he...

Quit cold turkey..

(Overall, I'm waiting for a Vita exploit. Something worth not connecting to PSN for. As in actually being able to launch pirated Vita games, as well as PSN titles, PSP titles, and homebrew. When that comes around, it'll have priority over PSN and online. But still, great work they/he were(?) doing?

I think Coldbird is severly overreacting. That guy leaked something that nobody else can even use, and yet he quits the scene and tells every one else to THANK THE LEAK FOR RUINING THE SCENE. He couldn't do anything else to that guy, so he has to try to make him look like as much as an ass as he can. (Which he is, it is a serious thing he did.) I mean, what else can Coldbird do? Ban him from the forums? That guy doesn't care. So he's trying to punish him, but in a really stupid, self-defeating way.

The guy leaked the files to blackmail him. He said, and I quote from Coldbird:
By releasing these files, not only does Sony have the files to stop this exploit, but also the public is aware of what they need to do.

I win regardless of whether you release this yourself, or someone else patches the files I leaked to remove your protection, and there is nothing you can do to stop me. Unless, you have something to trade me.
Nothing to regret. Not my files, not my problem.

He let it get to him. Sony would now patch that game, but there can always be another exploit. The files themselves are useless unless someone cracks the protection. I know he tried to blackmail him, but that's something that can be ignored, not anything to quit over.

But hey, I just want the Vita to run PSP stuff already, so I'm just being greedy, haha.

The issue is that this particular exploit that allows kernel access is pretty unique. Sure, another way can be found, but no one knows how long it'll take. It may take another year.

@#$%^& how can anyone be such an asshole?

I swear..... I want to whip him/her till his skin is shredded then dip him in saltwater, *insert other forms of torture here*...... and when he is about to die, I will save him and let him heal until he is fit enough to undergo the above regiment again. Rinse and repeat for as long as possible.
