The Cyber Code Freak (CCF from now) for 3DS is a cheat device for the Nintendo 2DS and 3DS. The device works by editing or copying new save games to the console. There is a feature that "all" the game parameters can be edited directly trough the menu of the CCF.

Code Freak unlocks many game secrets. This will allow you to maximise your money for a RPG character level in your favorite game. Unlike in a Save Editor, you can directly adjust parameters (numerical codes) to activate secret effects like invincibility, unlimited ammo, "Regular Critical Hits" , 100% pokéball catch rate in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon etc.
Code Freak for 3DS supports over 100 titles with some of the most in‐demand cheat codes.

A good old Action Replay-like, nice !

But how the hell does it work without a CFW ?

Did they got 3DS private key to resign games/homebrew ?

Propably for people who don't want to mess with CFW like for those who use Stargate.
Considering Stargate supports ntrboothax, it's foolish for the people with one to not get CFW and use NTR with plugins... Also, with 3ds.guide being so oversimplifying on everything, even a monkey can install CFW in 10-15 mins, so I can't see why someone would mind doing that when there is so much payoff.

You'll always find people to buy it, father of a kid who want to cheat but don't want to mess with guides ect...
They don't read forums like most of GBATemp people, they propably don't know about 3ds.guide too.

And now I think, if it really doesn't use a cfw, stargate could support 3ds cheats.

Oh neat. I wonder how well it will work.

EDIT: "※This product is a CYBER Gadget original product, not a licensed product of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. " well that's good then! Must be a official Nintendo device for sure!
