    As sigpatches are just values and offsets, they doesn't contain any "intellectual property" by themselves. So, in most countries (which don't care about this stupid DMCA), there is absolutely nothing illegal here. Just need to find another host in almost 95% of countries and it should be safe...

    If the game executable was originally built with an SDK higher than 7.55, you cannot rely on any automatic tool to backport it: complex manual reverse-engineering of the executable will be required. So you better rely on some other sites to get a backported version.

    I think you have to forget SXOS past FW 11.0.0: team Xecuter got huge legal issues and they will probably never be able to update their CFW again. Currently, Atmosphère is the only CFW which is regularly updated (FW 12.0.3 works fine on latest Atmosphère version.

It could be a resource so it will be located in RomFS (in any file/subdirectory), or it could be directly in the executable (if it's a really often used text) so it will be in ExeFS "main" file.
