I was wondering are there any big differences between 3.60 and 3.65 henkaku. This new h-encore exploit only seems compatible with 3.65 and up so I was wondering what exactly am I missing out on if I stay on 3.60
What do you mean with that since 3.60 plays nonpdrm just fine or did you mean something else by that ?As far as I know the only difference is being able to play 3.65 games without the need for maidumps.
3.60 needs to use decrypted maidumps of games that require 3.61 and up.What do you mean with that since 3.60 plays nonpdrm just fine or did you mean something else by that ?
Ah okay i misunderstood3.60 needs to use decrypted maidumps of games that require 3.61 and up.
Whereas 3.65 would be able to us Nonpdrm for games that require up to 3.65. But would still need decrypted maidumps of games that require 3.67 and up.
thats how they are. youll need to boot adrenaline each time to play psx/psp games. What do you need in order to play downloaded PS1 and psp from pkgj? I'm currently on 3.60 henkaku and these games don't show. Will they only show in adrenaline and not as bubbles on the vita?

There´s no need anymore to use a original vita card to upgrade sys 3.60 to 3.65?
That makes it sound like you can downgrade to 3.60, but I'm sure that's not what you meant?Previously, some people stayed on 3.60 because of the inability to restore back to 3.65 in case of problems. This is no longer the case so updating is recommended.
No. He meant that to get an enso 3.65 firmware, you had to update from 3.60. If you'd re-install the 3.65 firmware you would lose enso and you had no way of reinstalling the hack. That makes it sound like you can downgrade to 3.60, but I'm sure that's not what you meant?
Thanks, that makes sense. I still wonder if there's any benefit for 3.60->3.65 enso people to do a clean 3.65 install and re-hack, as it always felt like some sort of frankenfirmware.No. He meant that to get an enso 3.65 firmware, you had to update from 3.60. It shouldn't. As far as I understand enso itself is identical on 3.60, the old 3.65 method and the new one. The exploit used by enso was fixed in 3.67 only. The only reason we couldn't install enso on 3.65 before was the lack of an entry point. Thanks, that makes sense.
