I did tryed. First, I went here https://www.nintendo.it/Servizio-al-consumatore/Contatti/Contatti-621598.html
that's the contact page where they're supposed to give you their contacts, but no contacts are shown in that page, so first stage of frustration.
So I registered on the nintendo USA place and contacted USA support, they've been kind and tracked down for me the contact info for nintendo Italy, which appear to be this https://www.nintendo.it/Servizio-al...generali/Servizio-al-consumatore-1106389.html
In this link, you can see they offer "contact trough email" as an option. I did so, and after spending 30 minutes writing an extensive explanation of my situation and problem, I send it and I'm greeted by this message "Could not instantiate mail function. Ci scusiamo, c'è stato un problema all'invio del modulo."
And the email I had written, was lost, frustration beyond limit, they clearly made it unreasonably hard for us to contact them so I immediately realized I was banging my head against a wall, and gave up on their Italy "support".
