Homebrew 3ds taking 10 mins to boot

Luma 3ds takes upwards of 7 minutes to boot.
just a black screen with the blue light
I do not understand what is wrong
What can i do to make it faster?
i have 3 games installed
it is 32 gigs

Test the card to see if it is dying, test it empty with h2testw, backup your file first.
