Hardware animal crossing wild world not working on r4i sdhc dual core wood 1.51

animal crossing ds doesn't work on my r4 dual core, i've got the latest kernel and still all i get is a white screen, i tried the eur rom and the jap rom and it didn't work, i mean i'm pretty sure that if i change the kernel to a older one the game would run flawlessly but that way i wouldn't be able to play pokemon black 2 and conquest.

seriously so far this is the only game that doesn't work on this flashcard and it's outrageous
any thoughts?

Wood doesn't actually support that cart, it's using an older, hacked version of Wood with newer loaders in, so there's bound to be bugs.

You could try using something like YSMenu with RGF's updates, it might run all the games you want fine on one version.

ysmenu most likely will wreck it.

YSManu is a kernel, not firmware, it won't brick carts. if your cart won't start up after trying ysmenu, then you either need to try another ysmenu variant, or reinstall the original software of your cart.

Well I just bricked mine trying to do use YSMENU. My ds lite wont even recognize the r4isdhc anymore, I didn't even think that was possible.

It somehow bricked it. My cart wont even show up on my DS Lite. It probably has more to do with the cheap r4isdhc than ysmenu.
