No one owns mars so no one can sell it. You could go run all the Martians onto reservations and stake out a claim on all the land you want though. That would proly be legal.

Anyway "owning" land on Mars is a neat little novelty idea. I don't see it as a real scam or anything. I mean it's not like yer paying $5,000,000. You could always just make up yer own certificate and print it for free but thats kinda lame.

This is just another I wish I thought of that first idea.
