because that's not possible.
you need to install the WAD to vWii (limited) memory.

Then create a WiiU WiiVC channel using the "vWii channel" mode and enter the TitleID of the WAD you installed.
the WiiU channel will forward and launch that vWii channel.

I can't believe that they never found a way to increase the Wii's internal memory (besides switching to various SD cards, which is shit) they literally have done everything to both the Wii and vWii, and still couldn't achieve this.
