If you have a compatible version of SM, sure. Sorry, I dont' remember the version, but I have two, one when I had an older big ps2, got the other when I got a 90000 model which works on both.

Swap Magic works on all PS2s, even on BC PS3s.
Fat PS2s have a more convenient way to eject the disc drive to swap the disc, maybe without the need to block sensors, don't know that for sure, I only have a PS2 Sllim.
