Can you change language of DS Pokemon game using PKhex?

I want to replay the gen 4 Pokemon games but they’re way to expensive, and the Japanese copies are way cheaper. Would I be able to change the language using PKhex or another save editor? I have a modded 3DS so extracting the save wouldn’t be an issue

The very fact that you're complaining about price and willing to go through infinite loopholes just to play a game in the language you prefer is illogical.

If it's HG and SS just get the roms and be done with it, if not, it'll be cheaper to get a switch and play DP remakes.

EDIT: sorry forgot to answer you, no you can't change languages using the save file as every game region had one language on the rom
