yes, it looks like old CiNG members are working together again for this game under ARCSys team.
It's nice to see old studio members can still work together on new projects.
I've read only this source (french).

For people who don't know, CiNG closed in 2010 for bankruptcy.
They developed games like Little king story, another code or hotel dusk series.

I still wonder if newly 2016 re-release of Little king story earning money went to CiNG.
