Keep in mind that it if this is real, then it would be a development system. Development systems have different firmware, and this one could not be complete yet. If it is archived, maybe they are changing the way you view archived games
If it's fake, it's well done. Really no point in hiding the web browser from everyone when hackers know how to access the browser anyway. I'm excited about the beginnings of proper online, seemingly without a phone app.

It's possible it's archived, but we still know little to nothing about the console, let alone where this even came from, but it's very much a possibility it's a bug and it's an early build. For me, this is the only thing pointing to it being fake, but I still can't deny it could be a possibility.

That point is so easily countered. If they are experimenting with cloud storage right now, then it is very possible that they removed the use of the archive icon temporarily, or they removed accurate storage representation temporarily just for testing purposes.
That's true. We'll know soon enough if this is real or not anyways. If it is real I'm going to speculate that they'll announce something next week during the direct about the online service and this is the update that will coincide with its launch.

Possibly because Nintendo wanted to focus on the gaming aspect first, developing games for it would, and should, be priority. (The rumored Direct on the 11th would tell me if they kept true to that.) I don't blame them, and am not too upset at the lack of YT believe it or not, but I would like a browser so I can make this my main media device at work, and retire my 3DS from that for awhile.

The video I posted in the OP comes from the supposed leaker. it is the exact same video.
I feel like it would be fake anyway, even when it was already debunked. I feel like Nintendo isn't the type to release all these features so overwhelmingly
Watching the video again, at the 23 second mark, he selects None as the game, but ARMS was already selected. This might be a nitpick, but if ARMS was selected, implying it was the last game played, wouldn't that be the game in the gamecard slot? It doesn't help that the ARMS icon isn't shown anywhere. And I don't think it would be downloaded...
