Has anyone gotten Kartana to come up legal in Pkhex? It's the only UB thats still giving me the "Not a valid encounter" error

I have it set as

Orgin Game-Sun
Met Location-Malie Garden
Ball-Beast Ball
Met Level-65

So whats wrong?? Going by serebii pokedex this is right.
