I don't know what "compatible" mean, maybe because 216 is bigger than 215 (memory size).From what I read yes but... these cards do say (Ntag215 is compatible) on the product listing. or am I reading this wrong?

It shows its compatible with the 13334A & B class cards witch the cards are a 14443A.

No. The app to write to the tags is only for Android OS. Maybe something could be worked out to use an Android VM on a pc.hello with a little ACR122U I do amiibo ?
