Do I need to backup my NAND?

I want to use Offline Network Enabler because I've essentially given up trying to change my router settings to 802.11b, and it writes to the NAND. The problem is, my SD card is 1gb and has CTGP, BootMii, and Priiloader installed, leaving 75mb, less than the required 512mb. Should I delete CTGP, or should I just not worry about it?

Edit: I'm moving my ctgpr folder to Documents and then moving the NAND there afterwards, then putting the ctgpr folder back on the SD card.
