Do you eat organ meat?

I always ate brain nature, like just boiled (if I remember correctly). I never actually looked how to cook brain, I'm not fond if it anymore knowing what it is

The one time I've eaten it was street food and it was made just like spicy scrambled eggs. Very tasty.
