Nah, it's in the right section. The trading section is for stuff like physical items and game download codes. Not in-game trading.
Just for reference, Serebii has a wifi related chat (it was kind of a shitfest of everyone spamming their requests last time I was there but I did get the Ditto friend safari I wanted relatively quickly by spamming a bit), as does Smogon (that one is far less spammy). If you need anything else in the future, you might have some luck there. Not that there's anything wrong with asking here, you just might get help quicker in a chat dedicated to the subject.
