Yes, but you can only run homebrew on DSiMenu++ on that card.
I can't find the Menu Files for it, nor the R4iTT card's , only the other ones have links forownload
  1. Extract the files/folders in the 7z file, including the "_nds" folder, to the flashcard's microSD Card root.
  2. Put .gb/.gbc/.nes/.nds ROMs anywhere on your flashcard's microSD card.
Download a pack for your flashcard

A pack is only needed to run retail ROMs, but since some are unclickable, then you can only run homebrew.
How should I go about installing these then? I tried just renaming Dsimenu++_FC Boot File to R4.dat, but I only get the "Menu?" Message on R4 SDHC Dual Core.

That's why there's no autoboot file.
Just boot "boot_fc.nds" from your flashcard's menu.

Instructions (No flashcard, 3DS/2DS users)
  1. In the 7z file, extract the "_nds" and "cia" folders, and the "boot.nds" file, to the SD Card root.
  2. Put .gb/.gbc/.nes/.nds ROMs anywhere on your SD card.
  3. Enable game patching in Luma settings, if you have Luma CFW.
  4. Install all 2 CIAs in the "cia" folder.
  5. IMPORTANT!: Install DSiMenu++ Launcher, and launch it.
    DSiMenu++ Launcher will launch DSiMenu++ on 3DS/2DS.
  6. Set some settings (Boot screen, Notif LED, etc.) to your preference.
  7. Select "Start DSiMenu++"
Hello!
I have the console:
Old 3DS: 11.8
(Boot9Strap, LUMA CFW v9.0, FBI 2.4.14, Boot9strap 1.3,Decrypt9WIP all-in-one 20170607,Hourglass9 v1.51 release,SafeB9SInstaller v0.0.7, HomeBrew Launcher 2.0 Rosalina).

I followed all the steps to install DSiMenu++ 5.5.0v, all the steps were satisfactory, good!
Works the menu, works the roms: gb, gbc, nes ...
But the NDS roms do not work!
I get this error: Start failed. Error 1

The rom that I'm trying is this: 0168 - Mario Kart DS (U) (SCZ) .nds

How can I solve that?

Do you have these files in the "_nds" folder?
"nds-bootstrap-release.nds"
"nds-bootstrap-nightly.nds"

well... could some one help me?
This doesn't work anymore. You have to manually navigate to "roms/dsiware".
