I'm using this on my DSi XL with sudokuhax, can't get any games to recognize any sav files. They get saved to the same folder as the roms, and are named the same as the roms, but aren't recognized inside the games. Am I missing something? can't seem to find any other posts on this subject.

Set Mario Kart DS as donor ROM.

Is there any way to connect Pokemon DPPl / HGSS with Pokemon Battle Revolution (Wii) with SRLoader? (Sorry if it's a dumb question)

I left my DSIxl closed while playing Mario Kart Ds and later opened it up and something happened to the screens... they had lines through it and it was faded I restarted it and it didn't go away

That's because sleep mode isn't patched to not check an inserted Slot-1 card, which the system thinks it's not, due to ARM7_SCFG being locked.
So, you shouldn't leave your system closed. Try leaving the system off for a few minutes.

SRLoader v3.0.0

What's new?/Improvements
  • SDK version reading/checking has been ported from nds-bootstrap!
You no longer need to hold Up to run games that use TWLSDK/SDK5!
  • Top menu background from TWLoader has been added.
  • SRLoader UI now runs at 60fps!
What's new?
  • Animated icons from DSi-Enhanced games (and a DS game translation of mine) now animate like they would on the DSi Menu on DSi, and 3DS HOME Menu on 3DS!
This makes SRLoader the first NDS app and DS flashcard UI to show animated icons!
    NOTES:
It is unknown that icons that are flipped both horizontally and vertically will be shown properly.
For assumingly a few games, icon frames that don't use the first palette line will not be shown.
  • The subtle zoom effect for the START border when selecting a game, has been added.
  • Sound effects added to settings screen.
  • Background added behind SRLoader logo.
  • You can now pick between Release and Unofficial DSi bootstraps.
  • RocketLauncher features are removed.
  • Aura Launcher theme has been removed.
  • Autoboot files for flashcards now included!
  • SRLoader as DSTWO plugin has been removed, in favor of the above feature.
Improvement
  • START border has been slightly brightened.
Bug fixes
  • (S)GB(C) ROM loading from SD card works again!
  • Random crashes no longer occur!

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

  • Veho @ Veho:
    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
    for people with beefy hands.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    but that's a long shot

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
