Got Pokemon FireRed past the intro, title screen, game introduction, and even into the actually game. I also got squirtle and beat the rival with 10/20 HP. DS Lite with this flashcart: r4isdhc.com/2014-r4isdhc-gold-pro/ (2018 Edition), YSMenu, and GBARunner2. DSi just render 1 frame after the oak part and died. Could see the player's house though.

I tried running this on my DS lite with a R4i 3DS Wifi v5.0 but it wouldnt work with the files provided but it just wouldnt boot up the flashcard, so I tried running it with my old firmware and it boot up into the r4 firmware. If I tried running boot_fc.nds it would give error code 3, but If I ran YSMenu.nds and then run boot_fc.nds it would work perfectly. very weird

Looks like you did everything right.
Hmm, try formatting your flashcard's microSD card to FAT32 with 32kb cluster size.
I formatted with guiformat with 32kb allocation size, tried again and it still ended up on a white screen. Looks like there's more work to be done with SRloader. Until then I'll wait for updates. Thanks for helping me look over it. The R4i Gold 3DS RTS is a no go. I wonder how well it works with Twloader instead.
