KawaiiAurora yo man riddle me this been trying to post this only works reliably in portable mode and the comment never gets approved...i mean people make really negative and pointless comments there so whatsup with that?

Also if you think this is a new occurence its not. I left a heartfelt comment that wololo’s site is still checked daily and helped me get through some rough times that one comment was approved...but gosh its like a 10% approval rate at this point. Wololo has become a site where i can only be informed and i cannot discourse. My only conclusion i could draw was hate/jealousy if i am wrong well my apologies but as i say what is the dilly yo?

I have tested with joycons attached and a pro controller both work fine. May i suggest the atomic version as it looks splendid. It did appear to be 60fps both docked and in portable

Well, I checked the pending comments on the article, that were stopped by an automatic checker, and I didn't find your comment.

FYI, comments are not manually moderated by neither myself or the administrator but there's an automatic filter which checks for spam and content it deems dubious. For my part, I can say that I sometimes check the 'dubious' (pending) comments and approve those that were caught up by mistake.

Let's face it, neither I nor the administrator are interested in censorship or grudges against our readers.

lol it's cause after 2 days they went through! lol so it's your auto checker...junk it man! But thanks for checking into that!

food for thought why would the comments i wrote go into further checking they were very straight forward but something like "first!" breezes right through tis broken...

Crashes instantly when trying to launch it.

I'm on 5.0.2, homebrew through hekate-ipl.

Anyone got it running on 5.0.2?

@LastCupOfSorrow, Yesterday at 10:58 PM:
Will you be updating Duke for 5.0.x? It is not working.
Thanks!

@LastCupOfSorrow, 53 minutes ago:
So you're just going to read my messages and not say anything?
If you are not going to support your projects then don't post them, lol.

Mate, do you think i'm doing that shit 24/24, or being paid for it? Do you think i have no life, no kids, no real work? Don't you think i receive tons of pm and mails everyday? -snip-

Enough. cpasjuste has no obligation to do anything unless he wants to so pestering him for updates is not doing any good. Another thing that doesn't do anything good is starting a flame war, so let's avoid that ok?

@SylverReZ, the other game where I found newgrounds is new york shark

Spoke to Tom Fulp the other day, if he can find his old Newgrounds site content like the mini Flash animations from the 2000's that played on the portal.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
So far no response, but he did say that he'll find them. Wayback Machine doesn't have em.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, atleast the 1999 versión of pico's school is avaliable (the difference between it, the 2006 versión and the 2016 versión is that the speed of the game depends of the speed of your computer and that it had the og soundtrack)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Another being Pico VS Bear, the original 1999 version before Jim Henson filed a DMCA takedown.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
The 2006 versión was made when the flash portal was made
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Many people thought it was lost, but was discovered that he hid it on the same page.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, although the "secrets" system where the game was has been removed. Also pico vs uberkids had a netplay versión that was shutdown, although the swf file has been found
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Nope. There are two download buttons on the same page, where you can download the original under a file called "bear.exe". "bear2.exe", however, is the updated game in a Flash projector. P.s. this was on the archived Pico page from 2000.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's been there for a long time, too. People who search for lost media don't look hard enough lmao.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, also the pico 2 demos used to be only for the newgrounds patrons but they are on internet archive too (https://archive.org/download/picos_school_2)

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
Iirc the demos were removed from newgrounds in 2022
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, or well only the demo with mindchamber's style was on newgrounds

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
Fun fact @SylverReZ: iirc one of the goals on the fnf Kickstarter stated that pico 2 would be finished but the Kickstarter didnt get enough money for that goal to be fullfiled
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, FNF sucks, their community is toxic as hell.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
@SylverReZ its a single player game
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@The Real Jdbye, Yea but it has a shitton of mods with their own songs and stuff
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@The Real Jdbye, and quite a lot of people involved in those mods get cancelled
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Newgrounds wasn't the birth of FNF; rather, it was games where you beat up celebrities and parodies.
