Hacking Extracting save file from USB

Every time I plug in my working USB I get an error, the usb works fine but the wiiu refuses to use it... Any way at all I can some how extract my zelda save file from the usb??

Wiiu is being picky, it happened befor and I reformatted it and it works great on my pc
