Action Replay Max Duo plugs into a gba port and can cheat with GBA games but all it does is use the power from the gba port to copy a save from an NDS card plugged into the AR.

If turns out to be a REAL flash card that can dump games, run at normal speed, and some how by-pass the 128-bit encryption technology, I'd but my money down on this in an instant and I'd pay up to $300 even.

Personally, a first generation card is not a good investment, even if this does turn out to be legit. We've all seen how the GBA carts have evolved over time. I'd rather wait and get a bigger and more efficent card than pay more now just because it's the first on the market.

Some DS games (I'm thinking of Feel the Magic right now) can access the GBA slot. Having a certain GBA game in the appropriate slot can have effects on the DS game.

If you just meant that you can't use DS cards on the GBA,then sorry for imposing myself

Lets clear a couple of things up... firstly as we can see from the box art (which of course is going to be rendered as opposed to real box art at this point in time), the supposed flash cart is similar to the PassMe design. Now PassMe accesses data through a GBA flash cart, so running GBA games is a no brainer.
As for the line about offering free carts to NDS developers, well it's not like NEO will just send them the flash cart and that's it. In return I'd expect that the homebrewers/developers will no doubt aid NEO in what way they can.
Also it's interesting to see some of the names behind the project... especially if darkfader is in on this. Makes sense from my point of view at least, afterall I don't think he's making any cash from the sale of PassMe units (minus donations)...

So yeah I would be a little suprised if this turned out to be a fake, however maybe it's not best to get my hopes up too much just yet... like even if it's real it could be quite a while before we see it released. Regardless of whether this is real or not though the DS scene is moving at a pretty fast pace, it's only a matter of time.

ty, you just answered my question. good thing i decide to actually read posts lol. i wont use my f2a wihout pogoshell, so it would be great if he makes one for nds.


also may i ask does the 512mb-1gb mean bit or byte??? i mean if it means bit, well then wont games get bigger?? if i recal the first gba flashcarts were 64mbit, you now have gba movies that are 256mbit. if a few more ds games come out and this thing gets pogoshell im getting it

Umh, that site screams "fake" all over it... come on, why should well-known people like Costis, Sasq or Neimod give out their name for a product aimed so obviously at pirates like that one? That'd be like an invitation to Nintendo to get them for copyright violations.

IMHO this either is a really bad hoax made up by some sceners, or, in the worst case, it's a scam to cheat some money out of people gullible enough to believe this load of BS.

Could you please f*cking read the other posts before posting somethine like that? Some mods stated about now, that they can confirm, that some of them ARE taking part in that project.
