Gaming Game won't boot anymore (Rhythm Heaven Megamix black screen)

Since yesterday, my n3DSxl gives me black screen when i launch Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
I'm modding the game and that happened when i rebooted the console after a forced shutdown. I don't know if it can do anything wrong.

Here are all the things i tried:
- Remove mods
- Import seed
- Uninstall and reinstall
- Check the cia

I know the cia is okay because it's the same i used for my old 3DS and it still works perfectly.

Also, the game is the USA version. (but other USA and JAP games works)
I'm on 11.8EUR on Luma 9.1

The weird thing is that it happens only on that game, after a reboot, and even after removing any trace of the game from my sd card and reinstalling it still doesn't work.

In fact I have 1 other US game. It boots but can't access save data.
Seems to be the same issue as uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do anything.

    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
