I am interested in getting into GameCube modding and was wondering if anyone can help me out. I am trying to modify Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 and I have got as far as extracting the files but I have no idea what to do with it. I have looked at the file extensions and tried looking for programs to view those files but no luck. I am not sure if there is already a tool that will help me do stuff like replace textures or alter the game in other ways. Any help would be appreciated.

if it's all tl;dr - you can safely delete these files you extracted and forget about it. Comfy GUI Tool 2000 for Advanced Random Automatic Operations does not exist.
