Hi. I have a Gameboy Advance SP AGS-101 Graphite edition.

When I plug my charger in, the orange light indicator comes up, and I leave it there for a while. However, when I flick the power switch, it just won't turn on.

I have replaced both the battery and charger to no avail.

Does anyone know what the issue is here? What can I do?

If your On/Off switch is not doing anything, it might be possible that it has corrosion or needs to get it's contacts reflowed with a soldering iron.

Unless there's another reason, like a resistor or diode failing, maybe a rectifier or even broken traces.
