There always is the possibility of being framed or "being in the wrong place at the right time".

You could be suspected of a crime you did not commit. Hell, you could have all the alibis in the world and still be suspected based on circumstantial evidence. There are such cases, and you'd be damn sure you wouldn't want people to adopt the "You are guilty before proven innocent" mindset.

The gate swings both ways. If you're not willing to support your view from another perspective, it just shows how flawed your view actually is.

Wow. Gripping narrative. Now I don't care what everyone thinks of this case except that Zimmerman most probably did kill Martin. When someone gets shot, the man with the gun is the suspect, even a child knows that.

Now... if you assault someone, you can't "defend" yourself if they fight back. That is retarded. Assault is assault, the other guy's reaction is irrelevant, especially if the perpetrator kills him.

That makes him [Martin] neither a threat nor in any part responsible for Zimmerman "defending" himself. That's laughable. As if hitting someone until they hit back so you can pull your gun is in any way justifiable.

He did kill Trayvon Martin though, he admits it, that is a fact. He also stalked him.
