Homebrew health and saftey app has dissappeard

today I decided that I wanted to remove all the homebrew cias installed so that the risks of getting banned were minimal and I went looking for the h&s app to inject the hbl in and i could not find it. I went to fbi clicked titles to find the h&s app and launched it,it worked but when i hit home my 3ds crashed so obviously it's not in the menu. I tried again with another app and it took me to the home menu and showed me the position of the app so the problem is not FBI. restoring a backup is not an option since i'd rather not is there any other way?

Delete H&S from your 3DS with FBI. If it's injected with FBI, install FBI as a standalone cia, launch it and delete the old injected over FBI (should have red text indicating a system title), and then go to the System settings, and force a firmware update, it should reinstall h&s.

You can use godmode9 to reinject FBI into h&s but it's not recommended since that is stored in the NAND which had a limited amount of writes, and updating is a pain.
