Hello, could you help me know how to update my R4 or downgrade my DS?

Hola actualicé mi nintendo ds sin saber que al hacerlo bloquearía mi R4 y ahora no puedo usarlo sin que me aparezca la pantalla negra que dice que "hay un error, por favor presione el botón de encendido para apagar el ds" ahora quiero uso mi R4 y busqué en internet y aparecieron personas diciendo que hay que instalar unos archivos pero no dejaban claro los pasos para que R4 funcione bien y también hubo otros que dijeron que por el tipo de R4 el proceso a La actualización R4 cambió así que recurrí a este lugar para ver si pueden ayudarme.
1. actualizar mi R4
cualquiera
2. actualizar mi ds (no sé si es posible o no)
ahora la versión actual de mi ds es 1.4.5u
Adjunto imágenes del R4, la memoria SD y la consola.

What you want to do is update your flashcart using a device that has the flashcart unblocked.

Run this update file using a DS Lite or something.

This should update the flashcart to run on DSi 1.4.5

Install and run the update file like a regular game using a DS Lite or some other device that can run the flashcart - something unblocked.

Any time the flashcart is updated, it runs the chance of bricking, which is why I included the warning.

This should upgrade to the flashcart to run on DSi 1.4.6
