I upgraded just today, (since the release of h-encore I knew if anything went wrong I could always fix it). I decided to celebrate and opened PKGJ to download Undertale, and it says that it “Failed to download list” when it was working perfectly before. I have the latest version of NoNPDRM. So why isn’t it working?

That's usually a URL error. Check if you have the latest version of PKGj, then check your config.txt for errors, and try to switch between http and https, since the https protocol can give errors.

And Check out (if you have a PS Vita SLIM or PS TV) if you have installed H-encore in ur0: or in ux0: and move the pkgi directory to the correct partition. (I have this issue and i fix with this).
