Hacking How can I use Gateway saves on CIAs without a gateway card?

Skylanders SuperChargers Racing (USA) [CTR-P-BL5E]

JKSV exported save from the USA version of the game posted by @Ramom above.
Extract the "Skylanders®_SuperChargers" folder into the "SD:\JKSV\Saves" and import the "165E00" save.

That save was updated over time and is now outdated. The updated version is found here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/skylanders-superchargers-save.398045/ but the version for .cias is down because filetrip is dead. Would anybody be willing to convert the updated version? Perhaps @c4388354 ?
