how do i update my wii to 4.3u with the NUS down

so like when i update my wii it gives me the code 32007 and i wanna update my wii how do i do that? btw my wii is modded with priiloader and bootmii installed into IOS and hbc and all that jazz any way i can download/update my wii from 4.1U to 4.3U

Disc based games have system updates, you could dump them and install those, if I'm not mistaken
