Homebrew How do you get GBAExploader's gba saves to work with YSMenu?

I've transferred all my .sav files from the GBA_SAV folder to my GBA games folder and while some games save seems to be working fine, a bunch of others didn't keep their save file.

Anyone know how to do this? I want to try using YSMenu for booting up my GBA games and see which one i like better.

No, YSMenu just loads the game into the expansion pack like GBA ExpLoader.
