ROM Hack ¿How I can edit .strm files?

I'm translating a game (to Spanish), so I have to translate the audio too. The files I want to translate are .strm files, anyone knows how can I edit them?

there are quite a few options. Tinke, vgmtrans, vgmtoolbox, strm2wav.exe (then wav2strm.exe). Export to an editable format then import. Or export .strm convert with strm2wav then edit then convert back and then insert.
