Hacking How to pay Nds-card.com when I can't use PayPal or Western Union

I've tried both, neither worked. I've attempted to send money via western union twice now, and it was declined by the bank both times. I also don't know my social security number (necessary for PayPal setup), so what do I do?

Do you *HAVE* to use nds-card? 3DS-Flashcard and modchipsdirect ship from the US, you just have to use paypal for them if I remember correctly. It'd come quicker to you and you could purchase everything faster.

PAYPAL. You don't need to sign up for paypal, the shops just bring you to paypal.com to check out there with any card.
