http://segaretro.org/File:Master_System_logo.svg seems to have a few SVG logos ( http://segaretro.org/Category:Hardware_Logos being the general category, sadly there is not much in the way of megadrive/genesis).
By and large most logos do seem to be adapted to SVG these days if you go looking and they are infinite resolution (well aside from empty magnification) so you might as well.
