Note: I just downloaded it from zophar to check meta.xml for a release date; 10-18-2009. The latest code I've been trying to get a hold of has a date of 12-10-2009.
They do have the emulator, but it is v0.83 Beta 1. I was hoping to find the latest release, v0.1B3. Looking at just the version numbers, it would seems like Zophar's is the most recent revision, but the official code repository for the project shows v.0.1B3 to be the latest version and last modification made to the project. I'd compile it myself but wouldn't even know where to start

Note that is the latest compiled version made available by the author. As seen here, the author has moved from GitHub and their code repository to a personally hosted website. In the area devoted to the np2wii project, you can see that 0.13B is the latest version, though it is currently only available as non-compiled source.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
