Maine election officials have now joined Colorado in booting Trump off the primary ballot pending SCOTUS decision. Hopefully we can get like half the nation on board to put more pressure on them.
I believe that decision was stayed pending SCOTUS ruling

And Maine is a little different since it wasn't a court, but a single election official who made the decision

Yeah I mentioned that. Any state currently filing a motion to remove him from the ballot will have to wait on SCOTUS to rule on the Colorado case, but it still demonstrates support for enforcing the 14th where it's clearly applicable.

And Maine is a little different since it wasn't a court, but a single election official who made the decision

Do you have a source on that? Perhaps the hearing was multiparty, but the sources I am reading say it was one person ultimately making the decision
