I know you guys want to trust them all, but you can't. The CEO's can be bought and it has happened in the past. I know they all say that they don't log your data, but we all know that the governments are in their pockets and they damn well do log data.

I don't trust them. Just on balance, I trust them more than the shit UK goverment.

Way I see it.

VPN might be logging, despite what they say.
UK goverment is 100% logging, openly admit it and signed into law (of course once the mps got their opt out).

UK goverment has a habit of leaving data on trains, park benches, where ever really. So on balance, I trust the vpn more than the UK goverment .

Nordvpn is quite great
if your objective is privacy know that a vpn is pretty shitty anyway
it is good for bypassing region locks or security on untrusted networks

I don't trust anyone, but I sure as hell trust a VPN more than my ISP and government. Getting around georestrictions, P2P safety, hiding mobile traffic on public networks, and adblocking through VPN are more than worth the price of entry.
